Peter G. Decker, Jr. started this firm in 1961 with a standard he held everyone to: a client is a person first and a case second, and they should be treated that way by everyone here, from the attorney arguing the file to whoever picks up the phone. More than sixty years later that is still how the firm operates, hires, and how it measures whether or not it did a good job.
