Vice Mayor Martin Thomas Jr. visited Nauticus to celebrate the announcement of $249 million from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) going toward the Norfolk Coastal Storm Risk Management Project.
The Vice Mayor was joined by Congresswoman Elaine Luria, Congressman Bobby Scott, Danica Royster, Norfolk City Council, ASA Michael Connor, and Colonel Hallberg.
We look forward to this project as a model of coastal resiliency!
