St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital treats childhood cancer and catastrophic diseases while conducting groundbreaking research. The hospital provides treatment, travel, housing, and food at no cost to families, allowing parents to focus on their child’s recovery rather than medical bills.
When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer survival rates were only 20 percent. Today, thanks to research pioneered at St. Jude, survival rates exceed 80 percent!
