Hiring a Lawyer Won’t Drain a Holiday Budget
Having a car accident at any part of the year is a life-disrupting event. Hospital bills and the cost of car repairs can put a strain on any bank account. That stress can be compounded if you’re worried about holiday gift or vacation budget as well. If you’re worried about adding legal fees to a growing pile of bills, we’re here to offer good news: it costs nothing to call The Decker Law Firm.
Get a Free Consultation
We offer free consultations, during which you can discuss your situation, decide if you have a claim, and learn about your potential client-attorney relationship. We will be fair and honest with you regarding our opinion of your case. And if you decide after a consultation that legal action is not right for you, we completely understand.
No Fee Increases for Filing Suit
We are paid on a “contingency” fee basis, which means there is no fee unless your case is successful. If the other party decides not to settle and it becomes necessary to file suit, many law firms will increase their fee. We are proud to say that at The Decker Law Firm, we do NOT increase our fee. It’s fixed whether we settle, file suit, or take your case to trial.

Mermaid Spotlight
Mei Madeline
Our mermaid spotlight this quarter rests next to the sea at the picturesque Pagoda downtown. Mei Madeline created by artist, Marysharon Melchiorre, has seen many ships come in and out of the Chesapeake Bay, seen ownership change at the Pagoda, and hosted Pokemon Go fans on their quest to be the very best. Will she see you this winter as the sun sets on her beautiful bay?
